Our Services

Recovering from a physical injury is a painful process that costs both time and money.   A patient suffering from such injuries definitely requires an effective treatment program that produces results, proving to them that the resources consumed-the time, effort and money used  in the healing process, was well worth it!  Enduring all that pain and the initial failure and frustration must produce rewards to the patient trying to recover from their injury.  In the end, results are all that matters.

At Pain Solutions & Physical Therapy, Inc. we combine the luxury of 1-hour, one-on-one traditional physical therapy, with contemporary and innovative methods such as biofeedback, ultrasound, gentle comprehensive manual therapy and more.

For patients who are at the early stage of osteoporosis or at risk of osteoporosis, the treatment will include strength training, body mechanics, posture training, balance/coordination training, flexibility/stretching, and disease education. We also recommend a diet and medication to help strengthen the patient’s bones/skeletal system.

Therapy for Expectant Mothers

Visiting the Pain Solutions & Physical Therapy, Inc. Center

Expect quality customer service when you visit us.  From the first time you drop by our office to the succeeding appointments, you will be greeted with customer care representatives who will professionally respond to your inquiries and treatment concerns.

Scheduling an Appointment – We encourage our clients to call in and schedule an appointment.  However, we also accept walk-ins.  A customer care representative will help you in verifying your insurance benefits and coverage provisions; checking if the treatment services you require are included in your policy.

Attire – When you undergo orthopedic diagnosis or a general physical therapy evaluation, it’s best to wear clothes that allow the therapist easy access to your affected area(s). Examples:

  • Sleeveless shirt – shoulder, elbows, wrist, arms
  • Loose fitting pants or Shorts – knee, ankle, lower back, feet, legs
  • Patient gown (to be provided at the facility) – examinations/treatment in the spinal and pelvic area

The Treatment and Your Therapist – Your therapist will start with a review of your medical history.  This is very important in musculoskeletal evaluations.  Following the treatment history review, your therapist will evaluate affected areas in relation to your habits, accustomed routine activities at home, posture, flexibility and other related factors.  A treatment plan will start to take shape and will be initially administered – while giving room for adjustments as the treatment progresses.  You will also receive a record/folder of the treatments you received, which can also help you keep track of your future appointments with your therapist.

Mobility Support, Training and Pain Treatment Products – We will recommend the use of products that help you pursue your treatment plan at home – hence, a home exercise program.  Please ask your therapist what supplies and/or equipment is applicable to your condition.
